I was 15 stone when I joined Dietcare, and had struggled with my weight all my life. Like most people, I had tried all sorts of diets without much success, but when my doctor diagnosed that my obesity could become a serious health issue, I made a decision to do something about it. I enrolled January 2006 and reached my ideal weight of 10 stone by August. My clothes size used to be 20s and is now size 12s. My health has improved, my blood pressure is normal and I buy modern clothes now.
